Redundant UPS systems
	An ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) will shift power from the municipal connection to the generator backups in case of failure.  The municipal connection provides 480V at 4000 amps (fantastic overkill).  The UPS currently runs at about 6% of capacity.
VESDA ("Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus")
	VESDA detects trace particles in the air that alert the Operation Center to the presence of a problem before it becomes a real problem.
Redundant A/C
	Multiple systems (Data Aire 26 Ton units), each alternatively running at approximately 20% of their capacity.
Security
	Closed Circuit monitoring of all areas and entrances that include card key access and 24 hour manned security.  The front door is opened by the guard on duty and movement throughout the facility is escorted at all times.
